If you’re heading to Finsbury Park on the 30th June for Community Festival this year, you’re sure in for a treat. Luckily for you, here's the lowdown on who you should not miss.

1.The Kooks

‘I'm not saying it your fault, although you could have done more’...

Naive by The Kooks is an absolute anthem. There’s no doubt about it. And surely you know pretty much all the words? Make sure you check them out at Community Festival as they make the perfect summertime listening with their indie hits.

2. Blossoms

This indie pop band from Stockport were on the BBC’s sound of new music in 2016, finishing fourth. They’ve since gone from strength to strength with the popular track, ‘Charlemagne’... of which you’d probably recognise. Give it a listen and check them out.

3. The Night Cafe

If indie pop is your thing, The Night Cafe are another band you should definitely have on your radar. The four piece band from Liverpool have recently supported Circa Waves and The Wombats on tour and are heading on tour in autumn to promote their debut album.

4. Gerry Cinnamon

Gerry Cinnamon is a Scottish singer-songwriter and acoustic guitarist. Singing brutally honest lyrics in his local accent, you’re definitely in for a treat.

5. The Amazons

This rock band from Reading formed in 2014 and reached number 8 in the UK albums chart with their debut album. In 2017 they got named by NME, BBC Radio 1 and The Independent as a band to listen to. Make sure you don’t miss their show at Community Festival.

6. Blaenavon

This indie rock band formed in 2013 and went on to release their debut album That’s Your Lot in 2017. After a challenging year, they’ve gone on to work on their second album which we’re super excited for.

7. Bloxx

This 4 piece indie band from London are going to be right up your street if Wolf Alice and Sundara Karma are your thing.
